ATHLETICS (Major Baseball)

Tiverton Little League 11-12 girl’s softball team defeated Rumford 12-0 behind the pitching of Bianca DiPrato. Bianca stuck out 5 walked 4 and didn't allow a hit in in 4 innings earning the win. Rachael Pimentel had 2 hits; Taylor Flynn had 1 hit a double and an RBI in the victory. Liz Janick made a nice defensive play at first base to help seal the victory. Tiverton's next game will be Saturday June 30 at 10:00a at Daniels Field at Town Farm.
