The Empire Football League, at its meeting in Endwell, NY today established team rankings for their playoffs. Team rankings established were as follows:

EFL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME OCTOBER 20 Note: The BC Jets inherited the final spot in the Empire Football League playoffs despite this past season's record. Even though they had a better record, the Hudson Valley Giants (4 - 6) conceded their playoff position to the Jets (3 - 7). The Jets beat the Giants, 42-13, in their last meeting Sept 22. "We thought there was a chance, because we played well in the last six games," Jets coach John Cornick said. "I've talked to my players and they're really excited about this opportunity."
