It is hard to believe, but the end of our 2004 season is about a month away. We hope you have been enjoying this great game we call baseball, and will continue to do so for many years to come. The most important person in your child’s baseball life (besides you, of course!) is his or her coach. We try very hard to use the volunteers with the right knowledge, experience, and attitude for your child’s team. We want to know, from both you and your child, what you thought of this year’s manager, or head coach. To help you communicate with us, we mailed two evaluation forms to each of our families—one for parents, one for children. We must receive your completed forms no later than Sunday, May 23, 2004. At this late date, we must ask that you download them from this site (in handout below) and return them by email. If we receive them after Sunday, we will of course review them, but it will be too late to consider them in support of our decision to make Coach of the Year awards.
