This clinic is designed for all experience level umpires. From new umpires to the most experienced of all ages and gender. The clinic will cover the basic field movements or how to umpire on any Little League baseball field for any Little League Division. The clinic will be held at San Carlos Little League, located at Lake Murray Community Park, 7001 Murray Park Drive. San Diego, California 92119.
