We had the following schedule for the Esprit Tournament this weekend! Tournament was called because of cold and rain.
Friday, April 11 - Pool game vs. Fusion Gold (Robinson) 8 pm Field #1(Pool Games Cancelled)Saturday, April 12 - Elimination Game vs. winner of Chaos (Furrer)/Energy 5:15 pm Field #2(Tournament Canceled)- when we win our 1st elimination game, we play Sunday, April 13th at 9:45 am on Field #2
- if by chance we would lose our 1st elimination game, we play our 2nd elimination game Saturday, April 12th at 8:45 pm on Field #2 vs. loser of Esprit (Huecker)/Illusions
The Esprit had to move the tournament to the Maryland Heights Athletic Association. It is located about 1 mile east of I-270. Take Dorsett Rd east from I-270 to Fee Fee. (There is a Quik Trip on the corner). Left on Fee Fee, go about 1/2 mile, the complex is on the left just past the Midland Avenue intersection. Due to time constraints, the 12:30 and 2pm games will only be 80 minute games. The balance of the tournament will be 90 minute games. This will NOT affect us as we do not play either of those early Saturday games.
The tournament was supposed to be 2 pool games into double elimination, but has been changed to 1 pool game into double elimination with a consolation game on Sunday morning for anyone that loses their first 2 games. Everyone should be able to get in 4 games as long as the weather lasts. I have asked for a hotline number, but we don't have one at this time.
