Salesianum Wrestling

All Salesianum wrestlers should be at Delcastle High School on Sunday, October 30th at 10:15am for fat testing (team appointment is at 10:40am). Coach Davis will be testing wrestlers on Mondays & Wednesdays at Salesianum in the wrestling room starting October 17th. If you are in need of directions to Delcastle, please click on "locations" in the left-hand column of this website. Note: Wrestlers are advised to drink 6-10 glasses of water on each of the two days preceeding testing. In addition, 2-3 glasses on the morning of testing in order to ensure a successful hydration test.
