Bethesda Internationals

3 Jul. '07. A meeting with coach, players and families at VA Beach was held to discuss the new USSF Development Academy concept, and to confirm the short-term objectives for players which was agreed to maximize exposure to college coaches/scouts for our soon-to-be college-bound players within the next two years. And, it was agreed that the current venues for this exposure would still be the top premier tournaments which the Internationals would no doubt be accepted in the top division/bracket. Thus, it was unanimously decided that the Internationals will remain intact as a club team and pursue participation in the top premier tournaments around the country until they finish high school and off to college in 2009 and 2010.
