Due to the battering of the Virginia Beach area by Tropical Storm Kyle with up 6-8 inches of rain and flooding, the two games scheduled on Sat. were played on Sunday, 13th Oct. 2002, and the Sunday scheduled was canceled. IB prevailed (3-1) over the Richmond Kickers but was tied (0-0) by the Kirkwood Chaos Premier team, and was awarded 2nd Place in the truncated tournament. See game summaries.
