Shanghai Lions FC

This is a late report. This game counted for the Hebiguchi Cup, and it was the preliminary round. Unhappily, the conditions were atrocious. Cold weather, heavy rain who created pools on the pitch, and a strong wind. Needless to say that there was not much entertainment during that game. However, Les Bleus started better. On a corner kick, Oumarou raised his legs over everybody else to score an enormous bicycle kick. Surely one of the best goal of a season! During the second half, United pushed, Les Bleus resisted well. But they finally got the equalizer. And then the unavoidable Gil Manou scored his goal. Final score 2-1 for United.

Comments: well, that was tough given the conditions... All I can say is that at the final whistle, everybody was happy to leave the pitch! Better forget that one...
