Open Junior Ice

Winter: January 3–March 14, 2019
(weeks of March 17 & March 24 will be Ice Show practices with some SFSC Ice)

The mission of our synchronized skating teams is to promote excellence in synchronized skating by creating a positive environment that encourages teamwork and sportsmanship, emphasizing personal and team growth of all participants, while maintaining high competitive standards.

Planning a visit to the Skaneateles area? Need some additional lesson time with a SFSC Staff professional? Looking for some additional practice ice? SFSC allows US Figure Skating members to walk-on at any of our Club ice sessions. Please check in at the YMCA desk when you arrive, present your US Figure Skating member card, pay the walk-on fee, and show your receipt to a working parent prior to getting on the ice. We hope you join us!

SFSC ice sessions are open to registered US Figure Skating members in good standing, ages 8 and up, and passed Basic Skills group levels. Please speak with a Board member if you need more information about the Club.

The current Walk-On rate:
$20 per session (each session is 1.5 or 2 hours).

How do our prices compare to other Syracuse area clubs?

Syracuse FSC:

Walk-on rate: $15/45 minute session (or $30/1.5 hours)

SC of CNY:

Walk-on rate: $12/45 minute session, or $22.00 for 1.5 hours
