Monadnock Regional Milers

The MRM Winter Chillers are a series of six races held at various locations throughout the Monadnock region.  Not only does each course vary, so does the distance* - catering to runners of all levels and abilities.  Races are open to anyone!  The fee is $5 per race, or you can get the 6 race series at the discounted rate of $25, payable at the first race.  Run or volunteer for at least 5 races, and you receive a free long sleeve t-shirt! All races start at 9AM, and race day registration opens at 8AM.  There is no pre-registration for the Chillers. Join us after each race for hot coffee and delicious treats, along with fun prizes and giveaways!  We also welcome non-perishable food items that will be donated to local food pantries.  As we enter the winter season, demand is especially high, and your generous contributions are most appreciated.

~All runners are strongly advised to use traction aids, and dress for comfort and safety when running in the cold.~

Winter Chiller #1: Jan. 7, Hampshire Country School, 122 Hampshire Road, Rindge, NH 03461.  Follow signs to Hampshire Country School and then to Office at Main House.  Distance is 4 miles.

Winter Chiller #2: Jan. 21, High Mowing School, 222 Isaac Frye Hwy, Wilton, NH 03086.  Directions to the school: From Rte 101 East, turn right on Abbott Hill Rd in Wilton.  The school is on the right at the top of the hill. Winter Chiller #3: Feb. 11, Hancock Winter Frolick, Hancock Meeting House (Church), Main St, Hancock, NH 03449.  Distance is 3.3 miles.

Winter Chiller #4: Feb. 25, Temple Town Hall, NH Route 45, Temple, NH 03084. Two miles south of Route 101. Distance is 3.5 miles.

Winter Chiller #5: Mar. 11, BeFit Fitness Center, 5 Dark Ln Rd, New Ipswich, NH 03071.  Distance is 4.7 miles.

Winter Chiller #6: Mar. 25, Jaffrey Fire Department, 138 Turnpike Rd, Jaffrey, NH 034521.  Distance is 5.6 miles.
