Posted by Michael Collins on Aug 04 2007 at 05:00PM PDT

Memorable Moments

Watching the final heats of the 50's & 100's of each stroke which featured a battle of several Nova swimmers including Temu, Ozzie, Bernie, Brandon, Steve S.

Nova swimmers went 1-2-3 overall in the 50 Free, 100 Free, 100 Fly, & 50 Fly

The last set of 200 Relays which turned into 4 x 50 on about a 10-12 minute interval, and especially the VERY LAST HEAT of the meet which was 8 Nova Masters Relay teams filling every single lane!

Erin Van Dalsum dropping from 1:03 in the 50 Free to well under 1:00 with a 56.

Special thanks to Dr. Bill Rice, (949)637-9999, for showing up on both Saturday and Sunday to work on over 50 athletes to help them peform to peak capacity.
