Nova Masters Swimming (Orange County, CA)

IRVINE, CA - A total of 28 swimmers completed all 3 parts of the Nova Triple Crown Event. Part 1 was 50 repeats on 1:30 interval. Part 2 was 75 repeats on 1:20 interval, and part 3 was 100 repeats on 1:15 interval. The of the 3 sets is to total as much yardgae as poosible while never missing a repeat.
