The Astros lost their 1st game this fall season to the Marlins, 9 - 7. The Astros were paced by 3 hits each from Joe Silver and Nnamdi Dikes, with a Grand Slam being hit by Joe in the 3rd inning to bring the score close at 5 - 4 at that time. A few too many overall walks by the pitching staff, 11 to getting only 2 from the Marlins was the difference in the game as the Astros had 9 less base runners.
