The Commandos turned a 0-0 tie into a 9-2 loss in a game vs host Hoover in the Buccaneer Classic.  Hoover broke open a scoreless game in the 5th with 5 runs and added 4 in the sixth for the win.  It was the third meeting in two years between the two schools.

In game two of day two The Commandos mangaed only 4 hits and committed 8 errors in a sloppy 11-0 loss to Oxford, AL.
