The Commandos picked up their second win of the year over the Hillsboro Burros on a cold Friday night at Drakes Creek Park.

Junior Left Hander Matt Nicoll picked up his second win of the year and his first career shutout pitching 5 innings and striking out 5.

Cooper Brenning, Austin Mays and Ian MacMaster all recorded two hit days for the Commandos while Andrew Larson and Brenning drove in two runs a piece.  

With the win HHS improves to 14-3 overall and returns to district play on Monday as the Commando open play in the North Division against Portland.
