The Commandos defeated the Buccaneers 10-0 to get the series sweep.

Cameron Hansen picked up his 5th win of the year on the mound going all six innings allowing only 3 hits while striking out 4.  The Commando defense helped his cause by turning two double plays and with a spectacular fifth inning play by Austin Mays.

Offensively the Commandos were led by Senior Brett Coker who had two hits, including a three-run homer in the top of the third that essentially put the game out of reach.   Coker also added a sacrifice fly to drive in 4 runs on the day.  Reid Nelson also had two hits and two runs as did Austin Mays.

With the win HHS improves to 17-3 overall and 7-1 in District 9AAA.  The Commandos will next play in non-district action over the weekend against long-time rivals Friendship Christian on Thursday night and Overton on Saturday.
