Clear Lake 86 - Pasadena Memorial 50
Clear Lake 86 - Pasadena Memorial 50
To say that Lake had done their homework and scouted the Mavericks (8-7) would be an understatement. I have seen Memorial play 6 or 7 times already this season and, in my opinion, they have the best team they have had since the school was opened. And they should have given Clear Lake a close game. But tonight Clear Lake made a decent team look bad because the Falcons were so totally prepared for the contest and they executed their plan with noticeable competence.
Since Lake had lost to Memorial for the last two years, the Lake squad was motivated to not let it happen again. With only a couple of exceptions, Clear Lake put on a dominant exhibition of how to win a basketball game against what should have been a formidable opponent.
There will be a delay in posting the stats for this game. Action photos of this game are forthcoming. To view game photos of this season's game, go to http://picasaweb.google.com/falconhoops. Use the Browser's "BACK" or "BACK Arrow" to return to this website.
