Lake went 1-3 in the Westlake Tournament
Game 1: A&M Consolidated 59 - Clear Lake 43
Game 2: Clear Lake 85 - Triple A Academy (Dallas) 83 (on a last second layup by Will West).
Game 3: Timber Creek (Orlando, Fla.) 66 - Clear Lake 57.
Game 4: Killeen Harker Heights 76 - Clear Lake 64.
In the championship game last year's tournament defending champs A&M Consolidated defeated Houston Kinkaid 45-40 to win it again. Congratulations to Coach Rick German and his team. There were three private schools in the tournament. By the way, A&M Consolidated missed 12 of their last 15 free throws and still won.
