Minutes From 2/08/2010 Monthly Meeting Held at Krueger Field House @ 6:30 w/ 14 members in attendance.

Treasurer Report – Joe Swingle         

Account Balance, Monies brought in from last two concessions/games.   Transfer some to activity fund.  Reimburse Leigh Ann Train for expenses for concessions food/supplies.                  

Concessions Stand Update – Leigh Ann Train and Victoria Dunbar          Coverage, supplies needed, possible post season coverage.

Don Wilkerson has provided much information from past banquets that has been helpful.   Hall of Fame, Fan of The Year, etc.* 

Will schedule additional banquet committee meetings prior to next monthly meeting. 

New Fundraisers :   Discussed a Spring 3 on 3 Tournament.  Possible May.  

Announcements :     Coach Penders – Team pictures next Wednesday.
