Atascocita 49 - Clear Lake 48

Both teams were tired as they played their fourth and final game of the Lee College Tournament. Clear Lake went 2 and 2 for the weekend tournament.

Slow start by Clear Lake. We did not score a point in the first 5 minutes until a free throw finally broke the lid on the rim . Standout performance by Rob Lewis who again carried the team on his shoulders (28 points, 58% of total points). Lake's 3 point shooting totally failed them as they went 0 for 7 from 3 point land. Colton Krenek put two good games back to back and his 8 rebounds in this game showed what he should be doing in most games. Excellent free throw shooting combined with good rebounding and Lake's outstanding defense at times by almost everyone helped prevent an early blowout.

Little offensive support from the bench with the exception of Connor Train. The game was decided at the buzzer. File this one under games Lake should have won.

Lake's season record is now 6 and 6.
