Newfield Soccer Club utilizies our U-11 travel players and our parents to provide referring services for our Intramural games. It is through their efforts that we are able to provide a more controlled environment for our children to enjoy the game of soccer.
We welcome the opportunity to add new referees to our organization prior to the Fall and Spring seasons of every year. New referees will be required to participate in our training program for at least 1-year. This training program consists of an initial training course and hands-on-training by officiating matches under the supervision of one of our seasoned referees. At the end of that training period, trainees will be promoted to full referee status and begin to officiate matches in our Midgets & Munchkins Division on their own.
This program provides our children a great opportunity to earn some money and begin to learn the importance of responsibility. For more information, please feel free to contact us through the club's email.
