* Hydrate - it's Florida!. Please get at least 16 ounces of water into your child an hour before game time. And this would be 16 ounces drank steadily, not gulped, which makes the water sit in the stomach making the child feel bloated. Drinking water has to continue during the game, but the player/cheerleader has to be adequately hydrated before the game.
