Parents -- With the first practice upon us, please make sure that you send the following items with your child so he/she will be able to start practice on July 27: -- Completed physical form (dated after April 1, 2007) -- Completed parent permission form (found at the top of the physical form) -- Completed consent-to-treat form -- Completed emergency information form (all of these forms can be obtained by going to "Links" on this website then clicking on HHS Athletics Home Page) -- Check made payable to Hillcrest High School in the amount of $32 for required sports insurance -- Check made payable to Hillcrest Rams Athletic Booster Club in the amount of $25 (Coach Hallman will be sending a letter home about these last two items; please ask your child for it) Also, please be sure your player starts drinking fluids and is well hydrated by next Friday.
