Parents, We wanted to give you this information well in advance of the season so it won't sneak up on you. All football players will need to have a physical after April 1, 2007, and before the first day of practice, July 27. Players will not be allowed to participate in practice until the physical is completed and the form is turned in to Coach Hallman. Also needed to be completed and turned in before July 27 are a Consent to Treat form and an Emergency Medical Information form. All three forms are available from Coach Hallman or Kurt (the trainer) or can be printed from the Hillcrest High School Athletics Home Page. Click here to go directly to that site.
