SUMMER WEIGHTLIFTING

Summer workouts will begin on Monday, June 4. Mondays and Wednesdays will be dedicated to weights, and Tuesdays and Thursdays to speed. Unless otherwise noted, there will be two sessions daily, 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Please see the monthly calendar (link is in the left-hand column) for exact schedules. Please note that the required number of summer workouts is 19 (70% of available sessions). ALL VARSITY PLAYERS COMPLETING 23 SUMMER WORKOUTS (85% of available sessions) WILL HAVE THEIR NAMES ON THE BACK OF THEIR GAME JERSEYS!
