The MInutemen Coaches and Staff are already planning for next year. Recruiting in key positions and adding some new members to the Minutemen Coaching Staff have begun. Captain Costa and 2002 Captain, Jay Pearson #44, have been communicating w/ the players to prepare for next year. Costa and Pearson have put together a Flag Football team, Costa is preparing an off-season training venue @ WHR Fitness, and Coach Nelson is putting together an indoor/outdoor conditioning camp.
