1st Training proves to be the best start ever!!!

Over 45 Sentinel players attended the 1st Conditioning Session of the 2004 Season. This was the largest pre-season practice ever! The session was structured and coordinated in a professional manner. The players responded with pure determination to be the best. With effort like this, a NEFL Championship has the Sentinel's Name written all over it. Keep up the great work.
