The Cobalts remain Undefeated in the 2006 Cincinnati Roy Hobbs Tournament with a 16-11 Victory over the previously undefeated Astros.
The Win was costly though, as the already short-handed Cobalt Staff (No Monster, Becker, or El-Vicator due to innings played ruling) lost Shannon Morgan for next game after a "misunderstanding" with the home plate "umpire".
Tom Taylor lead the game off with an HR and the Cobalts went on to build a 9-1 lead. But the Astros battled back to take back the lead until Paully Krause came in to retire 9 of 10 last batters while the offense re-sparked scoring 16 total.
Now the Cobalts wait while the other 3 teams remaining (Bulls, Suds, and Astros) battle it out to play the 2 and Out final round(s).
Another Tourney, More Drama....but we're such nice guys!
