Shannon Morgan and Keith Becker combine for 10 strikeouts in a rain shortened 5 inning victory.
The Cobalts collected over 10 hits but mustered only 3 runs...Richie Ayala 2-3, 2runs, Stiggy 2-2, 2RBI. also collecting 2 hits apiece were Bo, Akes, and Spriggs Monster.
Cobalts sit at 3-0 in young 2006 season.
Next up: Cheviot Patriots at McNick, Sun. 9:30 AM (wear the same blue jerseys).
