The boyz found their bats and Shannon Morgan pitched his 5th Complete Game Win of the season in a nice win over a solid Yorkville squad on Wednesday night. Sean Aichel lead the offense (3-3, 3 RBI) along with two perfect execution of hit-and-runs by Cal Battle. Bo Stineman added 3 hits and Johnny Mederer put-down the 75th sacrifice bunt of his long illustrious Cobalt career. Post-game shinnanigans were lead by Monster Spriggs who has played in all but one Cobalt game in 2004 (So Says THE Giust). CoBALTS now 21-8 with Toppers up tommorrow night!
