Cincinnati CoBALTS Baseball Club

The Cobalts ruined a terrific outing by Keith Becker (2 hits 7 innings) losing to the Ohio Woodpeckers in the Sunday Semi Final Game of the Memorial Day Tournament. Boo Rachel put the Cobalts up 3-1 in the 8th inning with a 3 run blast but the bullpen did not answer the call giving up a final loss of 6-4. Earlier Tournament action: the Cobalts defeated the Hilliard Indians (4 to 3) and Dayton Angels (7-0 forfeit) after losing a 4-3 game to the Columbus Sharks. So...Cobalts stand a disappointing 8-3 and Coach is still looking to shake this Evil Tournament Hex before he gauges his eyes out.
