Cincinnati CoBALTS Baseball Club

An extremely hard fought battle had the Cobalts coming up just short in Game 2 of the AABC State. Complete-game pitcher TR O'Brien gave up only 3 hits and deserved better than the 4 hits mustered by the anemic Cobalt wood bats. Twice, the Cobalts squanderd bases loaded opportunities including the bottom of the 7th inning. Hats off to the 'Toppers who took advantage of all that was given to them. Three of the four Games this year versus the Hilltoppers have been decided by one run, either way. Next up: Yorkville (Logan) Wednesday 6:30, Roselawn- wear Blue/grey Rocky V versus Toppers could take place as early as Friday night!
