Bearcats bounced in interleague road trip; Sooners, Wildcats split

The Fredericton Royals improved to 4-0 in interleague action with a 12-2 victory over visiting Truro Bearcats this afternoon. The Bearcats then dropped an 8-0 decision to the Saint John Alpines in the nightcap. The results mean New Brunswick will win the season series in interleague play with Nova Scotia. New Brunswick holds a 13-9 lead with two games left.
