The Sackville Beaverbank Physio Chiefs are excited to announce Doug MacCallum as the teams new head coach. Doug has been a longtime coach of the Halifax Junior "A" baseball team and will be assisted by Sackville baseball veterans Trevor Doyle and Jody Frowley. “Doug is a great baseball man and has demonstrated success at many levels,” explained Chris Sperdakes, president of the Sackville Chiefs. “We feel that Doug’s style and attitude in the clubhouse will lead to success on the field.” The Sackville Chiefs are also delighted to announce a multi-year title sponsorship with Beaverbank Orthopedic and Sports Physiotherapy. The Chiefs, entering their seventh season in the Nova Scotia Senior Baseball League, will now be known as the Sackville Beaverbank Physio Chiefs.
