Jean-Philippe Lapointe's three-run homer with one out in the top of the seventh inning lifted Team Quebec to a 3-2 decision over the Dartmouth Moosehead Dry tonight in front of more than 1,000 fans at Beazley Field in the marquee game on opening day of the 2009 Canadian senior baseball championship.
Dartmouth has a pair of games Friday, versus Ontario at noon and against Chatham, N.B., at 7 p.m.
