Dear Committee Members:

Time is flying by quickly and the Halloween Ball will be upon us sooner than we think.  Our next meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 7th @ 7:30pm in the clubhouse. These meetings going forward are very important and we ask for your attendance and your help to make this dinner dance a success.

• We will be going over the invitations, donation strategies and discussing the evenings events.
