MHSCC TO COMPETE IN THE SOUTH NEXT YEAR; CAPE RETURNS TO DII

MHSCC will move to the Southern Division (if it exists) next year for cross country and track & field after the recent enrollment figures relased. Seaford edged Milford 1,007 students to 1,004 to force the realignment. The boys won the Southern Division in 1999 - their last season before moving to the North.
In other news, Cape Henlopen returns to Division II this year while Wilmington Charter advances to Division I. The Cape boys and girls won the Division II state championship two years ago.
