Milford High School Cross Country

Keith Short (MHS '03), a freshman at Goldey-Beacom College, ran a career-best 28:49 to help lead his Goldey team to its second-straight conference championship at Belmont Park on Saturday. Short place 13th overall -- good enough to make the All-conference team. Congratulations to Coach Kelly Parsley (bro of MHS wrestling coach Don Parsley) who earned conference coach of the year honors.
