Milford High School Cross Country

Four girls and four boys earned career-bests at Brecknock Park versus Caesar Rodney and Delmar on Wednesday. The girls defeated Delmar, 15-50, but fell to CR, 15-44, while the boys lost to both squads. For the boys, Ramon Silva made his first varsity appearance with his career-best time, while George Kershaw, Alan Lane and Brian Cisneros each ran their best.
