Elizabeth Butterly ran a 21:04 to finish runner-up in Kent County while Jackie Creasey (9th - 22:04) and Erica Godwin (11th - 22:16) also ran in the Top 15 finishers as all three earned All-county honors in the Kent County Championship at Brecknock Park on Saturday. Jody George and Tahnisha Colson (who ran a career-best 23:29) rounded out the top five scorers as the Bucs finished third as a team -- just a mere 10 points from team champion CR and six points behind runner-up Dover. With senior frontrunner Andrew Meade out with a season-ending foot injury, sophomore Travis White stepped to the front for the boys with a career-best 19:44. Matt Esposito, Brandon Morris, Matt Holloway and Anthony Kramlich (who ran a career-best 20:23) put together one of the tightest scoring packs all season as the boys finished sixth as a team. George Kershaw and Robert Fisher rounded out the varsity finishers for the boys, while Becky Godwin and Marissa McDonnell closed out the girls top seven. Morgan Sleva, Erick Cisneros and Garrett Jenkins each ran career times for the boys, while Meredith Muskovich ran her best.
