Work Assignments for Tournament

We had many people that didn't sign-up to work a time.  Even if your child is not wrestling you are needed to work.  Below are the assignments if you are unable to work the shift assigned please email or call me 860-828-9818 or rogercrpa@yahoo.com.

Berlin Blast Tournament Sign Up

Our tournament will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2010. We will need everyone's help to make this a success.
Set-up:  Friday we will move our mat from K of C to High School if needed. Help is needed when Berlin wrestling team is done on Saturday.  We will meet in the big gym at the high school.  We will need to set-up orange security fence, tables for scoring and all supplies, sharpen pencils, tables for head table, concessions, t-shirts, first aid and registration.  Set-up weigh-in area with scale.  Signs placed throughout building as needed.

 7:00 AM – 1 PM
                        2. Team/Wrestler Check-in Soybel 3. Collect Spectator's $3.00 admission Debbie DeVivo and Beth Petinelli

Clean-up: We will need help from everyone to clean-up and put the mats away at the end of the day. Tables will need to be broken down and all supplies put in area near head table. We will need to clean bleachers and any other garbage in the gymnasium.  Mats will need to be rolled and placed in closet in hallway.

Everyone should plan on arriving by 7:30 AM on Sunday to start work unless otherwise specified.  This is a very important day for the club and everyone's help is greatly appreciated.
