BERLIN -- Jim Solek earned a pin in just 21 seconds and Berlin dropped just one bout in a 66-3 rout of Middletown on Wednesday night. Solek pinned the Blue Dragons’ Josh Springer at 145 pounds and five other wrestlers earned pins for the Redcoats, who improve to 11-3 on the year. B.J. Madey pinned Theron James in 2:20 at 130 pounds and Nick Catalano dropped Chris Torez in just 58 seconds at 135. At 189, Matt Powell stopped Bryan Linberg at 5:51 and Dave Sataline picked up a pin in 47 seconds over Kyle Brostek at 215. John Russo kept his perfect record in tact with a pin of Jon Norwood in 1:38 at 275.
