Camp Schedule - Each day (Fri, Sat, Sun) .. 10 AM – Noon Session I Noon – 1:00 PM Lunch 1:00 – 3:00 PM Session II 3:00 – 3:30 PM Break 3:30 – 5:00 PM Session III Camp Cost: $155.00 Camp Objectives If you want to beat the best, you have to train with the best, and Iowa Wrestling has proven to be just that. This camp will give you an inside look at how the best wrestlers in the country train and is designed to help you reach your potential as a wrestler. Program This camp will give you an inside look at how the best train to be the best. Emphasis will be placed on skills such as hand fighting, chain wrestling, hard wrestling, various scoring holds and the nonstop offense that many competitors fear. This style of wrestling has only been demonstrated by a select few. Learn how to better execute your best moves and defeat your opponent. Watch for details!
