Indiana High School Basketball – Shelbyville succumbs to Franklin Community

The Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs topped the visiting Shelbyville Golden Bears basketball team by a final score of 71-51 in Saturday’s non-league game.
In their next game, the Grizzly Cubs face the Bloomington South Panthers (Bloomington, IN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 7. Franklin Community will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record.
With the defeat, Shelbyville moves to 3-9 on the year. The Golden bears travel to Seymour (Seymour, IN) to face the Owls in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Owls enter the game with a record of 4-8. Seymour won 44-37 in their recent league game against Floyd Central (Floyds Knobs, IN)
