Shelbyville Lady Golden Bears Basketball

The Lady Golden Bears improved there season record to 14-5 after they demolished Connersville 50-33 Saturday afternoon. The Bears led by 6 after one, 10 at halftime, 15 after three, and they outscored Connersville 8-6 in the fourth for a final 50-33. The Bears were led in scoring by Dana Gardner 15, Lauren Murphy 9, LeAnn Douglas 8, Ashley Ayers and Julie Snuffer 7 a piece, Laura John and Heather Carlson 2 a piece. Connersville was led in scoring by Kristin Malone 18. The sectional draw is Sunday at 2PM it can be heard on WKWH1520 AM and 94.3 FM. The Lady Bears will play there last game of the season Tuesday Feb. 1st JV tip is at 6PM. and Varsity tip is at 7:30PM. at Garrett Gymnausium Senior Night.
