Lady Dragons collect HHC win over Shelbyville

Shelbyville’s bid to end its Hoosier Heritage Conference losing streak continues after a 59-35 loss at New Palestine Saturday night.
Lauren Tieman had 14 points and five rebounds, and Abby Seifert produced a double-double with a career-high 11 points and 14 rebounds to lead the host Lady Dragons (3-5, 2-1 HHC).
Chelsey Skipton led the Lady Golden Bears (3-5, 0-3 HHC) with nine points, four rebounds and six assists. Allison Gobel and Riley Achenbach each had six for a Shelbyville team that shot 31 percent from the field and was outrebounded 38-26.
Shelbyville has lost 29-straight HHC games.
