The Lady Golden Bears bow out of tournament Saturday Night To Columbus East 56-51 in overtime the five seniors played their final game at Garrett Gymnausium They will recieve a copy of the game from the head webmaster. It was a very well played game the score was 12-10 east after one both teams scored 9 points in the second the score was 21-19 at halftime it was shelbyville in the third outscoring east 15-8 to lead 34-29 east outscored shelby 18-13 to tie the game at 47 after regulation in the overtime east outscored shelby 9-4. The Lady Bears finish their season with a record of 18-5. The bears was led in scoring by: Ashley Ayers 13, LeAnn Douglas and Dana Gardner 12 apiece, Julie Snuffer 7, Kelli Haehl 5, and Chelesa Parks 2. Columbus East was led in scoring by: Bethlynn Reed 15.
