Shelbyville Lady Golden Bears Basketball

The Lady Golden Bears improved on its record Tuesday Night to (1-1 overall & 0-1 in HHC play) after they defeated Greensburg 47-32 at Garrett Gymnasium. The score was tied 4 times and three lead changes. The last tie came at the end of one quarter 11-11, then it was all the lady golden bears after that leading 28-15 at halftime, 39-25 after three quarters, and the final score was 47-32. The Lady Bears was led in scoring by: Caitlin Mills 16, Eryn Hopper 8, Ashley Bush 6, Dusti Vierling & Kelsey Endahl 4 apiece, Raven Hibbard & Riley Achenbach 3, Allyson Conner 2, & Allison Gobel 1. Greensburg was led in scoring by: Laura Welage 10. The JV team go to (2-0) after they defeated Greensburg 42-15. The Lady Bears are back in action Friday Night when then travel to take on the Southwestern Spartians. JV tipoff is at 6 PM. & Varsity tipoff is at 7:30 PM.
