Runners of the Day - Nathaniel Moore and Daniel Lee
It takes a team effort to reach our goals. Whether you need to get healthy in the mind or in the body - get there! There was loads of promise on this day. Some of you fell sort, some of you stepped up, but NONE of you should ever be satisfied. There is still much work to be done in order to reach our goals. How hard are you willing to work in order to capture glory?

preseason pace (considering it was run on TIRED legs). PR's for Jen, Ana

Girls: While there was no clear standout in this years race, the middle of the pack gave a
great effort. Good news: A 68 second gap between the 1st and 5th finisher. Boys: Even though we'd like to see 5 of you under 18 minutes at this point, these were the best results in many years! Good news: 4 of the top 5 finishers are sophomores. A 73 second gap between the 1st and 5th finisher. SeasonsSponsors |
